The Paddocks Officially Launches in Kirton in Lindsey

We are proud to announce the official launch of The Paddocks, our first development outside Yorkshire.

Located in the North Lincolnshire village of Kirton in Lindsey, The Paddocks represents an exciting milestone in the continued growth of Newett Homes. The development will deliver 74 thoughtfully designed homes, creating a new community in a sought-after countryside setting.

Groundworks are now underway, and visitors can learn more about the development from our newly opened marketing cabin open Thursday - Monday 10am - 5pm. The Paddocks will offer a range of, three, four, and five-bedroom homes, designed to appeal to first-time buyers, families and downsizers alike.

We are excited to see The Paddocks take shape over the coming months, with a show home expected to launch in Winter 2026.
