As we’ve scaled, managing data across multiple developments using Sage and spreadsheets became increasingly complex and time-consuming. To support our growth, we introduced COINS, an industry-leading ERP platform from The Access Group, bringing our finance, commercial, construction, sales and customer service teams into one integrated system.

The introduction of COINS has transformed how we operate day-to-day, giving us a single source of truth across the business and significantly improving visibility, efficiency and reporting. Processes that were once manual and paper-based are now more streamlined, helping our teams work more effectively both on site and in the office.

One of the biggest improvements has been the move to monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and rolling forecasts. This gives us greater insight into performance across our developments and allows us to respond more quickly to changes. Board reporting has also been enhanced, with data now produced in minutes rather than days, supporting faster and more informed decision-making.

Mobile functionality and system integrations have further improved our operations, reducing paperwork, speeding up approvals and supporting a smoother customer journey from reservation through to aftercare.
