It was a fantastic day at The Paddocks as we officially opened the doors to our brand-new Halsham show home in Kirton in Lindsey!

On Saturday 24th October, we welcomed visitors, prospective buyers and members of the local community to celebrate the launch of our first show home in North Lincolnshire. It was lovely to see so many people joining us, exploring the home and finding out more about what life at The Paddocks could look like.

With plenty happening throughout the day, guests enjoyed freshly served pie and peas, sweet treats and the opportunity to meet our friendly Newett Homes team, alongside our partners at RSC New Homes.

We were also delighted to showcase artwork created by pupils from Kirton in Lindsey Primary Academy, celebrating the creativity of local children and our connection with the community.

The launch gave visitors their first opportunity to explore The Halsham, an impressive five bedroom detached home designed with space for modern family living.

At the heart of the home is a spacious 28ft kitchen, family and dining area, creating the perfect setting for bringing everyone together. A separate living room offers somewhere to unwind, while five further rooms upstairs provide plenty of flexibility for family, guests or working from home.

With solar panels and an EV charger included as standard, The Halsham combines thoughtful design with features suited to modern living.
