Newett Homes Welcomes Mathew Drake as New Head of Land

We’re delighted to welcome Mathew Drake to Newett Homes as our new Head of Land, strengthening our leadership team as the business continues to grow across Yorkshire and beyond.

Mathew joins us with more than 20 years of experience in the Yorkshire housebuilding industry.

Throughout his career, Mathew has worked across the full land process, from identifying and appraising new opportunities through to acquisition, planning and contract completion. His experience covers both competitive tenders and off-market transactions, giving him a strong understanding of the Yorkshire land market.

Mathew's appointment comes at an exciting time for Newett Homes, with new developments progressing across Yorkshire and our expansion into Lincolnshire now underway.
