We’re excited to announce that we have officially started on site at our first development outside of Yorkshire, marking a major milestone in the continued growth of the business.

Located on Ings Road in the village of Kirton in Lindsey, North Lincolnshire, the new development — The Paddocks — will deliver 74 high-quality homes.

This project represents an important step in our long-term strategy to expand beyond Yorkshire and grow our footprint into new regions. As a business that has built its reputation across Yorkshire, moving into Lincolnshire signals the next phase of our journey.
