Site Teams Come Together for Training and Collaboration
At Newett Homes, we are always looking for ways to improve our processes, raise standards and support our teams — and our recent site managers’ meeting at head office was a great example of this in action.
Bringing our site teams together to kick start the year, the session was packed with valuable content and provided an important opportunity to share updates, align on upcoming projects and discuss our continued growth plans. Just as importantly, it allowed teams to collaborate, share best practice and focus on how we continue to raise standards across all of our developments.
A key part of the day was training delivered by Award Energy, whose expertise continues to support our approach to energy compliance and reporting.
Their Site Snap app has quickly become an invaluable tool across our sites, helping simplify the reporting of Part L requirements in what is an increasingly complex construction environment.
As our Production Director, Andrew Clarke shared:
“The Award Energy Site Snap app has genuinely transformed how we report on our Part L requirements. It has simplified processes that were previously time-consuming and challenging. My managers and I have embraced this easy-to-use app; it saves valuable time on site and is backed up by first-class advice and support from the Award Energy team. The combination of usability and expert backup makes Site Snap an invaluable tool for our business.”
The introduction of tools like Site Snap, combined with hands-on training and ongoing support, is helping our teams work more efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected across Newett Homes developments.
We’d like to thank Award Energy Harrogate for their continued support and for delivering an insightful and engaging session.
