We’re pleased to announce that work has officially started at Cedar Grove, our new £11 million development in Birchencliffe, Huddersfield.

The development will deliver 27 high-quality homes across a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom designs, offering buyers a blend of countryside living and convenient access to Huddersfield and Halifax.

Designed with sustainability in mind, all homes will feature solar panels and EV charging points as standard, achieving an EPC rating of A or above. The scheme has also been carefully planned to complement its surroundings, with the site's existing dry-stone wall being restored and traditional stone materials used throughout.

In addition to delivering new homes, Newett Homes will contribute approximately £240,000 towards local education, transport improvements, green space and biodiversity enhancements.

Groundworks are now underway, with the first homes expected to be released for sale in June.
