Newett Homes Achieves Five-Star Builder Status for the First Time!

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Newett Homes has been awarded 5-Star Builder status by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) — a major milestone for the business.

What makes this achievement even more significant is that this is our first year joining the HBF, making it a fantastic accomplishment to secure 5-star status at the first attempt.

The HBF rating is based entirely on feedback from homeowners and is widely recognised as a key measure of quality and customer satisfaction across the UK housebuilding industry. Achieving five-star status places Newett Homes among a select group of builders who consistently deliver an excellent customer experience.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Wetherby, Newett Homes continues to grow across Yorkshire, with developments including The Heath in Huddersfield and Highmoor Gardens in Halifax, and more sites set to launch this year.
